Hospitality branding: brands that are chosen before the first visit.

A hospitality brand is experienced long before arrival. It starts with a photo, a recommendation, a menu, a booking, a name on a storefront. When that expectation and the real experience don't match, value gets lost along the way.

I work with hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés and wineries to align positioning, narrative, identity and experience into one system: a brand that is understood quickly, stands apart and is remembered after people leave.

Let’s work together

Who this is for

Projects where brand and experience are inseparable, and where every touchpoint is part of the decision to choose and return.

  • Boutique hotels and resorts
  • Restaurants and food-led projects
  • Bars and cocktail bars
  • Cafés and specialty coffee
  • Wineries and wine projects
  • Wellness, lifestyle and experience-led businesses

When this work makes the difference

These are the business situations where hospitality brand work usually matters most.

You’re launching

Define positioning, narrative and identity before opening, so the project starts with a clear direction instead of solving it on the fly.

You’re repositioning

The business changed, the audience changed or the offer grew. The brand needs to say what the project actually is today.

You’re growing or expanding

New locations, new formats or new services need a system that holds consistency without losing character.

Touchpoints don’t match

Menu, social, website, signage and space feel like different brands. Consistency is what builds memory.

You’ve outgrown the identity

The project matured faster than its brand, and perception now sits below the real value of the experience.

What the work connects

Not a logo in isolation. The full system that makes the promise and the experience say the same thing.

Strategy and positioning

What the project offers, who it exists for and the space it competes from.

Narrative and verbal identity

The story, tone and words the brand uses to introduce itself and be remembered.

Visual identity

Logo, typography, colour, graphic language and the rules that keep it coherent.

Guest journey

From first contact to decision, visit and return — revealing friction and moments that can work harder.

Physical and digital touchpoints

Menus, packaging, signage, uniforms, social, website and bookings inside one system.

Launch and stewardship

Bringing the brand into daily operation, with ongoing creative direction so it doesn’t drift.

How I work

01

Clarity

Understand the business, the audience, the category and the context before deciding anything. First we find what makes the project distinctive.

02

Direction

Define positioning, value proposition, personality and narrative — a clear direction that organizes everything that follows.

03

Brand system

Build the visual and verbal identity, and the rules that make it work across every format and touchpoint.

04

Experience and launch

Bring the brand into the real guest journey and into the moment it goes out into the world, with support to keep it coherent.

Frequently asked

Do you only work with hospitality projects?

No. I work with founders and teams across industries, but hospitality is where brand and experience meet most directly, and much of my work comes from there.

Do you work with projects outside Argentina?

Yes. I'm based in Buenos Aires and work with international projects remotely, in English and Spanish.

Can I start with something smaller than full branding?

Yes. There are focused consultancies — brand diagnostic, customer journey or strategy — to set the direction before committing to a full process.

Does it include menus, packaging and signage?

The brand system is built to work across every touchpoint. The specific set of pieces is defined per project, according to its priorities.

How does a project start?

With a conversation about where the business is and what the brand needs to solve. From there we define scope and the most useful starting point.
